21 st April, 2013 | PALAIS DE TOKYO, PARIS In this new body of work, Biagi desire to make tangible a belief in supernatural causality and its cultural nuances. What fascinates Biagi is that every single action, if repeated, can became a ritual and generate a new symbiotic relationship between body, object and space. Through abstract sculpture, video, painting, photography and performance he will investigate human emotional reaction to physical objects that have superstitious associations, with videos installed in the Palais de Tokyo. |

Fairytales, Fantasy, & Fear explores the art of “story re-telling” through the work of several acclaimed artists, including Mattia Biagi, known for his work in tar. Mattia Biagi reinterprets icons of lost innocence using mixed media. Comprised of approximately sixty-two works, this thematic exhibition also includes selections from the Mint’s permanent collection, loans from private collections, and works by artists inspired by traditional fairytales, supernatural fantasies, and childhood fears. |

He will enter Tamara Ferioli's works, exhibited until 14th january 2012 in Idola. A strking live sound specifically imagined by Cesare and Tamara, and accompanied by 28 limited edition copies of the last Cesare Malfatti's CD, with a customized layout and handmade drawings by Tamara Ferioli.
